How can I gain advice on becoming more involved in the industry?
Backbone members can arrange appointments throughout the year to meet with the Backbone team to discuss opportunities within the organisation and the sector at large. You can become a member online here. There are also many organisations that Backbone works alongside who provide support for young and emerging artists and artsworkers, check out the Links page to explore your options.
Who funds Backbone?
Backbone receives financial assistance from the Queensland Government through Arts Queensland and the Australian Government through the Australia Council for the Arts, its funding and advisory body.
