Investigation of imagination, fostering of creativity and the joy of expression are the core components of Backbone’s approach to teaching drama and performance. These components are partnered with the stage craft of acting and performing, to create not only inspiring work but inspired performers.
This can be captured in one word: PLAY. Play is not just about games but rather, is an attitude of openness and exploration, of self trust and imagination.
