Profile: Lakia Pattinson

Lakia Pattinson has been working in the performing arts industry since she discovered her love of the arts in secondary school. After competing in numerous competitions as a performer, Lakia went onto university to study the double degree Bachelor Creative Industries (Drama) and Bachelor Secondary Education in order to pass on her passion for the arts to other young people as a Director and teacher. In order to achieve her goal of introducing young people to the arts, Lakia established her own independent acting academy for young people. Lakia went on to complete a Masters of Creative Industries (Creative Production and Arts Management) while applying her administrative and arts business skills to volunteer work in the performing arts.
